The Fuzhou Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD) released a draft for public consultation titled "Notice on Issuing Housing Subsidies for Multi-Child Families". The proposal aims to provide financial subsidies to multi-child families purchasing newly built market-oriented residential properties in the four districts in Fuzhou - Gulou, Taijiang, Cangshan, and Jin'an - between 2025 and June 30, 2026. The subsidy standards are clearly defined. Families with two children will receive a subsidy of 1% of the total purchase price, with a maximum of RMB30,000 per unit; and families with three or more children will receive a subsidy of 1.5%, with a maximum of RMB50,000 per unit.
