China Automotive Technology & Research Center (CATARC) announced today (19th) the first batch of electric drive assemblies that passed the "Class 5A Certification for Electric Drive Assemblies", according to Chinese media. Of which, GEELY AUTO (00175.HK)'s new 11-in-1 intelligent electric drive became the first electric drive assembly to receive the certificate with number 001. The certification mainly focuses on the evaluation criteria of dynamic performance test, energy efficiency performance test, dynamic safety test, electromagnetic safety test and noise quality test, and GEELY AUTO's 11-in-1 intelligent electric drive successfully passed the tests with above-standard performance.
