WH GROUP (00288.HK) announced its unaudited results for 1Q24 ended March this year, with revenue of US$6.181 billion, down 8.3% YoY before biological fair value adjustments. Net profit before biological fair value adjustments was US$301 million, surging 73% YoY, with an EPS of US$2.35 cents. During the period, the sales volume of packaged meat products was 786,000 metric tonnes, dropping 4.1% YoY, while revenue from packaged meats decreased by 4.2%, mainly attributable to the drop in sales volume.
