In response to the recent reports that NVIDIA (NVDA.US) received a subpoena from the US Department of Justice for antitrust investigation, a company spokesperson denied receipt of a US Justice Department subpoena in a statement on Wednesday. The stock fluctuated on Wednesday, closing at US$106.21, down 1.7%. It had made enquiries with the US Department of Justice but had not been subpoenaed, the company said.
