Tencent Cloud stated that the wave of global digitalization has prompted rapid changes in the banking service model and accelerated business transformation. Fusion Bank had officially launched the project to switch to a new-generation banking core system in December 2023. With the assistance of Tencent Cloud and the digital banking infrastructure technology independently developed by WeBank, Fusion Bank successfully completed the switch to a brand-new core system within ten months. The new system was switched online in just 15 hours; and within the 6-hour window for data migration, systems and data from different vendors were successfully migrated to the new generation of the core system, achieving a seamless upgrade.
