JD-SW (09618.HK) announced the launch of a new phase of strategic expansion in Hong Kong, offering substantial subsidies on home appliances for Hong Kong consumers, along with services for self-operated appliances such as "30-day guarantee for returns and 180-day replacement for defects", and "free shipping on single items". These initiatives are anticipated to further enhance the shopping experience for Hong Kong consumers. From now until April 30, JD.com is introducing a "buy expensive, get compensated" service covering all self-operated product categories on its platform. Hong Kong consumers purchasing self-operated goods on the JD.com platform can apply for compensation if they find the price higher than that of the same product on designated local platforms.
