Global AI chip giant, Nvidia (NVDA.US), reported better-than-expected results for 1FQ ended 27 April, driven by strong demand for AI, Citi Research issued a research report saying. Therefore, the broker rated Nvidia at Buy, with a target price of US$150. Nvidia's 1FQ revenue/ non-GAAP EPS (excluding stock incentives) amounted to US$44.1 billion/ US$0.96 (excluding H20-related expenses and tax impacts, or US$0.81 if including) each, beating Citi Research's forecasts of US$43.6 billion/ US$0.94 (excluding charges) and the market consensus of US$43.3 billion/ US$0.74 (including expenses).
