<IPO>SANHUA Reportedly Raises $9.3B at Offer Price Cap

Tesla (TSLA.US)'s supplier, SANHUA (02050.HK), raised $9.3 billion with a $22.53 offer price cap, IFR quoted sources as saying. SANHUA intended to globally issue 360 million shares, with 25.2231 million shares for the Hong Kong public offering and 335 million shares for the international offering. The stock is expected to be listed on 23 June. The joint sponsors are CICC and Huatai International. Yesterday (18th), SANHUA closed its IPO, and recorded a margin oversubscription of about 598x.
