SICC (02631.HK), a Chinese semiconductor material supplier listed on the STAR Board, announced the details of its IPO. The company proposed to offer 47.7457 million H-shares globally, with the Hong Kong public offering accounting for 5% (around 2.3873 million shares) and the international offering accounting for 95% (around 45.3584 million shares). The maximum offer price is set at HKD42.8 per share, with an aim to raise up to around HKD2.044 billion. The entry fee for a board lot of 100 shares will be around HKD4,323.17.
