BYD Delivers 17K Cars in HK

Liu Xueliang, General Manager of BYD COMPANY (01211.HK)'s Asia-Pacific Auto Sales Division, revealed that the company has already delivered 17,000 vehicles in Hong Kong, capturing a market share of around 30%. Regarding BYD COMPANY's newly announced pure electric SUV model ATTO 2 with a price of HKD155,000 (around HKD169,000 after tax), Liu said that over 200 pre-orders arrived even before the price was unveiled.
