BEIJING AIRPORT (00694.HK)'s 1H25 revenue grew 2.6% YoY to RMB2.8 billion, while loss amounted to RMB163 million, narrowing from a loss of RMB376 million in the same period of 2024, UBS released a research report saying. However, the results missed the expectations of the broker/ market. UBS lowered its 2025-2027 EPS forecasts for from RMB0.02/ 0.08/ 0.13 to RMB-0.05/ 0/ 0.04 each. Meanwhile, the broker added its target price from $3.1 to $3.22 due to a reduction in the weighted average cost of capital (WACC), with rating kept at Neutral.
