PINESTONE (00804.HK) announced that Chairman Lee Chun Tung has been redesignated to Co-Chairman, while Lu Weixing has been appointed as Co-Chairman, both effective from October 23, 2025. According to the announcement, Lu previously served as a Vice President of Alibaba Group and concurrently as the General Manager of the Alibaba Auction Business Division and the Alibaba Assets Business Division.
