China's large-scale construction of power capacity will enable the country to take the lead over the US in the wrestle to expand data centers and promote AI development, Goldman Sachs report said.

After experiencing multiple power shortages in 2021 and 2022, China has been vigorously advancing power construction, leading the world in the deployment of renewable energy, coal-fired power plants, and nuclear reactors, report mentioned.
