Digital asset company, HASHKEY HLDGS (03887.HK), announced its IPO details in Hong Kong, planning to offer nearly 241 million shares globally, with approx. 10% (24.0572 million shares) for the Hong Kong public offering and about 90% (nearly 217 million shares) for the international placement. The IPO period starts today (9th) and will end at noon this Friday (12th), with the listing expected next Wednesday (17th) and JPMorgan and Guotai Haitong being its joint sponsors. The Company introduced a total of nine cornerstone investors for its IPO, including UBS AM Singapore, CDH, Infini, DEEP SOURCE (00990.HK), Space Z PTE. LTD and Shining Light Grace Limited, collectively subscribing to shares worth approx. $584 million, involving around 90.536 million shares based on the median offering price, accounting for about 37.63% of the shares offered.
