DEEP Robotics announced the recent completion of a Series C financing led by CMBI and China Asset Management, involving over RMB500 million. This round of financing received strategic investment from funds under CHINA TELECOM (00728.HK) and CHINA UNICOM (00762.HK), with co-investment from V Fund, China Fortune-Tech Capital and SHOUCHENG (00697.HK). Existing shareholders such as Qianhai Ark and Meridian Capital also increased their investments. The proceeds from this financing will be used for technology R&D, output and market expansion, including enhancing the R&D of quadruped robots and humanoid robots, DEEP Robotics added.
