AGILE GROUP (03383.HK) experienced volatile stock movements this morning (10th), opening 3.2% lower and initially dropping 11.3% to a historical low of HKD0.275 before stabilizing. It last stood at HKD0.315, up 1.61%, with a trading volume of 27.101 million shares, involving HKD8.0854 million. The group announced after market close yesterday that the Company received a winding-up petition filed by Melco (Zhongshan) Business Management Co., Ltd. (Petitioner) at the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in relation to certain alleged outstanding payment in the aggregate amount of USD18.59 million and HKD2.23 million. These amounts stemmed from the arbitral award dated 25 September 2025 rendered by a China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission arbitral tribunal. The High Court set the first hearing date for the Petition on 25 February 2026. The Company will oppose the Petition vigorously.
