HUAYI BROTHERS (300027.SZ) announced that shareholder Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund reduced its stake of the company by 29.5268 million shares through block trading yesterday (17th), decreasing its shareholding from approximately 3.47% to about 2.4%. The combined shareholding of Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund and its person acting in concert Jack Ma dropped from 6.06% to 4.99%.
