HKEX Records ~2.3x YoY Surge in IPO Fundraising to HKD285.8B Last Yr

As of the end of December 2025, the total value of the Hong Kong securities market grew by 34% YoY to HKD47.4 trillion, according to the monthly market data released by HKEX (00388.HK). There were 119 new listed companies last year, including two listings from GEM to the Main Board and two de-SPAC transactions, up 68% compared to the same period in 2024.
