MAO GEPING (01318.HK) had recently received a filing notice issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) in respect of the implementation of the H Share Full Circulation, as announced by MAO GEPING. The filing made by the Company with the CSRC in respect of the implementation of the H Share Full Circulation for an aggregate of 228 million Unlisted Shares had been completed, according to the filing notice. The filing notice is valid for 12 months from 13 January 2026. The Company will apply to the listing committee of the Stock Exchange for the approval of the listing of and permission to deal in the relevant H Shares.
