ABLE ENG HLDGS Says It Proactively Reports to Police Earlier Over Construction Misconduct in LPH Projects

The Architectural Services Department of Hong Kong submitted the independent investigation report on the construction malpractices at the three Light Public Housing (LPH) sites at Lok On Pai in Siu Lam, Yan Po Road in Tuen Mun, and Sheung On Street in Chai Wan to the Housing Bureau and the Development Bureau on 5 November 2025. ABLE ENG HLDGS (01627.HK) said that, in relation of a subsidiary involved in the incident, the incidents may have involved criminal acts by individuals, and the Company had proactively reported the cases to the Police beforehand. The Company emphasized that it will earnestly address the incidents, and will provide full support and cooperation with the investigation conducted by all relevant authorities.
