Last December, the sales prices of newly built commercial homes in China's first-tier cities decreased by 0.3% MoM, with the decline narrowing by 0.1 ppt compared to November, according to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS). Among them, the sales prices in Shanghai increased by 0.2%, but Beijing, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen saw decreases of 0.4%, 0.6%, and 0.5%, respectively.
