CKH is still exploring the possibility of demerging its telecom business, which involves stakes in Italy's WindTre and the UK's Vodafone Three, sources divulged. CKH still prefers to list the related business in London but may also opt for a Hong Kong listing or even abandon the listing plan altogether.

Furthermore, the group is contemplating the sale of its operations in Sweden and Denmark, although any sale is not expected to affect the potential IPO process.

CKH opened 0.7% lower today (20th) but stabilized. After midday, it last reported at HKD60.6, ticking up 0.66%, with a trading volume of 11.2684 million shares, involving HKD679 million.
