This includes automatically responding to inquiries from potential overseas customers and generating merchant performance reports to improve operational efficiency. The Company will launch a verified e-commerce AI agent to assist buyers in verifying the authenticity of transactions, she added. Regarding BABA-W (09988.HK)'s recent stake reduction in SYNAGISTICS, Tai noted that BABA-W is a passive investor and does not participate in the Company's operations.
