SKYWORTH GROUP (00751.HK) announced on January 20 that it plans to distribute all its shares in Skyworth Photovoltaic to all shareholders, according to a CICC report. Skyworth Photovoltaic will be listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of introduction, which does not involve a public offering of new shares. This process will go on with a share repurchase to achieve privatization. Expecting that its planned spin-off listing will fully realize the intrinsic value of its new energy business, CICC has raised its target price for SKYWORTH GROUP by 100% to HKD8, with a rating of Outperform.
