Hong Kong Airlines announced a deep AI strategic partnership with BABA-W (09988.HK)’s Fliggy and Qianwen App, becoming one of the first airlines to connect with the Qianwen App's “AI Air Ticket Booking” feature. The local airline will roll out exclusive ticket benefits through the Fliggy AI and Qianwen App channels. Previously, the Qianwen App had fully embraced Alibaba's ecosystem businesses such as Taobao, Alipay, and Fliggy, enabling AI shopping functions. Hong Kong Airlines revealed that the AI collaboration with Fliggy will concurrently stretch to the Qianwen App, thus broadening sales channels.
