LINK REIT's 10-Yr US$600M Notes Priced at Coupon Rate of 4.875%

Link Asset Management Limited, the manager of LINK REIT (00823.HK), announced today (27th) that it has successfully priced its US$600 million senior unsecured notes with a 10-year maturity, due 2036, at a coupon rate of 4.875%. The Notes will be issued on 2 February 2026 and will be listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The Notes are rated A by Standard & Poor’s.
