WASION HOLDINGS (03393.HK) announced that it plans to spin off Wayon Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and apply for its independent listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Currently, Wayon Energy Technology is a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the group. Upon completion of the proposed spin-off, it is expected to remain as the group's subsidiary.
