The US government is preparing for President Donald Trump to nominate former Federal Reserve Governor Kevin Warsh as the next Fed Chair, Bloomberg reported, citing sources.

According to the prediction platform Polymarket, Warsh's chances of becoming the next Fed Chair have risen to over 80%. Trump previously disclosed that he planned to announce the nomination on Friday morning (30th) US time.
