HANG LUNG PPT (00101.HK) announced its annual results for the year of 2025 ended December 2025, with an underlying net profit of $3.202 billion, up 3.5% YoY. Underlying net EPS was $0.65. Net profit was $1.806 billion, down 16.1% YoY, with an EPS of $0.37. Final DPS was $40 cents, unchanged from the same period of 2024. Together with interim dividend, the full-year DPS amounted to $52 cents, remaining flat YoY. During the period, revenue was $9.95 billion, down 11.5% YoY, primarily due to an 83% decline in property sales, which amounted to $264 million.
