Trading in the H shares of TIANQI LITHIUM (09696.HK) has been halted at 9:04 a.m. today (4th) for unannounced reason. TIANQI LITHIUM announced a 9% discounted issuance of 65.05 million new H shares and a plan to issue zero-coupon convertible bonds, expecting to raise a net total of approximately HKD5.83 billion.
