SUNWAH KINGSWAY (00188.HK) announced that between 25 November 2025 to 16 February 2026, the Company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, conducted on the Nasdaq Stock Market a series of on-market transactions to further dispose of an aggregate of 146,000 WeRide Inc. (WRD.US) ADSs at an average daily price between US$7.65 and US$9.95 per WeRide ADS for an aggregate consideration of approximately US$1.274 million. The Further Disposals realized a gain of approximately US$800,000, being the difference between the aggregate consideration for the Further Disposals and the aggregate purchase price of the WeRide ADSs sold.
