No Nvidia H200 AI Chips Exported to CN Yet, Says US Commerce Department Official

China hasn't yet received any Nvidia (NVDA.US) H200 AI chips sold by the US, David Peters, the assistant secretary for export enforcement at the US Department of Commerce, said, to his understanding, during a hearing of the House Foreign Affairs Committee.

Last month, the US government conditionally approved Nvidia to export H200 chips to China, sparking criticism from the US Congress and former officials.
