Hong Kong stocks opened higher in the morning session. The HSI opened 154 points or 0.6% higher at 26,745. The HSCEI opened 61 points or 0.7% higher at 9,069. The HSTECH opened 45 points or 0.9% higher at 5,316. JD-SW (09618.HK)'s JD Food Delivery launched one-on-one express delivery service, boosting its share price by 1%. BABA-W (09988.HK) and MEITUAN-W (03690.HK) climbed 1.2%. For other techs, TENCENT (00700.HK), KUAISHOU-W (01024.HK) and BIDU-SW (09888.HK) picked up 0.2-0.5%, while NTES-S (09999.HK) lifted 1.5%. Chip stocks SMIC (00981.HK) and HUA HONG SEMI (01347.HK) jumped up 1.7%, while AI model stocks KNOWLEDGE ATLAS (02513.HK) and MINIMAX-WP (00100.HK) cascaded 5.9% and 4.4%. Unitree Robotics released its quadruped robot Unitree As2, boosting SANHUA (02050.HK) by 1.2%. Other robotics concept stocks also opened higher. DOBOT (02432.HK) leaped 1.9%, while UBTECH ROBOTICS (09880.HK) and ROBOSENSE (02498.HK) added 0.5% and 0.8%. For automakers, BYD COMPANY (01211.HK) opened flat at $99.35, while XIAOMI-W (01810.HK) opened flat at $35.74. LI AUTO-W (02015.HK) and XPENG-W (09868.HK) ballooned 1.5% and 2.8%.
