FOSUN INTL (00656.HK) is refinancing a USD520 million loan, Bloomberg reported, citing documents. More than ten banks, including HSBC HOLDINGS (00005.HK), JPMorgan (JPM.US), and Natixis, are participating in this three-year multi-currency financing plan, according to the report. However, several banks from the previous loan round haven't joined it. It is understood that negotiations are still ongoing, and the future loan size may be expanded through oversubscription.
